Why has the US government report concluded that customs and border?
In which state? Does it matter? I think the report concludes that because it is the truth. I think it is a result of the number of illegal immigrants coming to the US. They are over running the capacity of the centers. I think it is a response to some peoples complaints that the US is operating concentration camps and force immigrants to drink out of toilets. From what I have seen, the toilets are a unibody consisting of a toilet and sink for washing. The tap water comes from municipal supplies of potable drinking water. the CBP and ICE plead for more money, but Congress does not allocate it. I think that all this is political and that it will settle down after the 2020 US census.
